BonsaiGrid provides an online platform and community membership dedicated to bonsai care, education, and networking. Depending on your chosen membership tier (Starter, Plus, Premium), services may include:

• Access to dedicated community communication channels (Telegram chat groups & Q&A channels, etc.).

• Participation in live workshops, webinars, and expert Q&A sessions.

• Access to digital educational resources, guides, and recorded content.

• Exclusive discount codes and promotional deals from third-party vendor partners.

3. Account Registration & Security

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have reaching legal maturity in your jurisdiction to purchase a paid membership.

2. Accurate Information: When registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it updated.

3. Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Sharing your membership login or exclusive community invite links with non-paying third parties is strictly prohibited.

    

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payment Terms

1. Paid Subscriptions: Certain features of BonsaiGrid require a paid subscription (Starter, Plus or Premium membership). Prices, billing periods (monthly/yearly), and included features are specified on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Currency & Tax: All stated prices are inclusive of applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Options: Payment is processed securely via our integrated payment service providers (Stripe, PayPal). Payment is due immediately upon order placement or auto-renewal date.

4. Subscription Auto-Renewal: Recurring memberships automatically renew for successive renewal terms of the same duration (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

    

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your digital subscription within 14 days without giving any reason.

6. Cancellation & Termination

1. Cancellation by User: You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time via your personal member dashboard or by contacting support at info@bonsaigrid.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to paid membership features until the period expires.

2. Termination by BonsaiGrid: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and community access with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, misuse vendor codes, or violate our Community Conduct Guidelines. No refund will be issued in cases of termination for cause due to terms violation.

    

7. Community Conduct & Telegram Group Rules

To keep the BonsaiGrid community safe, helpful, and friendly, all members must abide by the following guidelines:

• Respectful Interaction: Be polite, respectful, and helpful to other members and experts. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

• No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion: Self-promotion, spamming, affiliate link dumping, or commercial advertising without explicit prior written authorization from BonsaiGrid is prohibited.

• Confidentiality & Sharing: Content, expert advice, and exclusive partner codes shared within private community channels may not be re-published, redistributed, or sold externally.

   

8. Partner Vendor Discounts & Third-Party Services

1. Promo Codes: As a paying member, you may receive access to exclusive promotional codes for partner shops. These codes are strictly personal to active members and must not be shared publicly or transferred.

2. Third-Party Fulfillment: BonsaiGrid does not sell physical plants or tools directly unless explicitly stated. Purchases made with partner vendors are separate contracts between you and the respective merchant. BonsaiGrid accepts no liability for third-party shipping, product quality, or order fulfillment.

    

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (Plant Care Advice)

1. Educational Purpose: Content, advice, diagnostic feedback (e.g., via the Telegram Q&A Clinic), and instructions provided by BonsaiGrid, its moderators, or experts are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Plant Health: Bonsai trees are living organisms affected by various environmental factors (watering, climate, pest exposure, sunlight) beyond our control. BonsaiGrid explicitly does not guarantee plant survival, growth success, or specific pruning/healing outcomes based on advice provided.

3. General Liability: BonsaiGrid shall only be liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for simple or light negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

    

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on bonsaigrid.com and within the membership area—including logos, branding, graphics, instructional videos, downloadable guides, and course materials—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view materials for personal use only.

11. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered members via email or platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not object within 30 days, the amended Terms will be deemed accepted.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), provided this choice of law does not deprive consumer rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
