Information on the Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

This information applies to consumers, meaning natural persons who conclude a contract with us for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. It does not apply to business customers.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (for example, the day you sign up for a membership or purchase a workshop ticket or a recording).

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Memberships and other services. If you have asked us to begin providing the services (for example, access to your membership benefits) during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

3. Special Rules

3.1 Services that have been fully performed. Your right of withdrawal also expires if we have fully performed a service (for example, an individual diagnosis or a workshop you have attended), provided that we began performance only after you expressly requested it and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

3.2 Recordings and other digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun to perform the contract after you (a) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends and (b) confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. We will send you a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (for example, by email) that includes these statements.
